Regional Training Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities

• At least 3+ years in training and development, ideally within a quick-service restaurant or a similar industry.
• Expertise in adult learning theory to create effective training programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with business goals.
• Assess training needs, develop targeted strategies, and evaluate outcomes.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning sessions using diverse methods.
• Identify and mentor leadership potential across regions.
• Coordinate and standardize training initiatives to ensure consistency.
