Job Summary

Our client, a well-established and highly respected provider of remote bookkeeping and accounting services who supports multi-unit companies with their various accounting needs, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and project management experience. If you are a proactive, collaborative team player and leader with excellent communication skills, who can manage responsibilities and deadlines effectively, we’d love to hear from you!

Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary range of $75k-$83k DOE + Bonus
  • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling!

Accounting Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • This is a client facing position so professionalism service is extremely important
  • Project Management experience
  • Supervisory or Management experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is required
  • Expertise in transactional bookkeeping and strong financial reporting and analysis skills
  • Experience with billable hours
  • Experience managing a team of at least 5 full-cycle Bookkeeping professionals
  • Oversee month-end closing processes and reporting
  • Experience with multi-unit or multi-client environments
  • The Manager may have to jump in to help with the transactional work as needed to meet the requirements and deadlines for the clients
