Sous Chef Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong culinary skills and expertise in kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
