A proactive and skilled HVAC/R Technician who thrives on solving problems, optimizing performance, and bringing comfort to life. Your day will be filled with variety, from maintaining ice machines and walk-in coolers to repairing rooftop units and implementing smart controls. If you're energized by challenges and take pride in your craftsmanship, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Be the hero who installs, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of HVAC/R systems.
- Keep our equipment in peak condition through routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and ensure every job exceeds expectations.
- Leverage your expertise in electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints to make magic happen.
Who You Are:
- A hands-on professional with 3–10 years of HVAC/R experience under your belt.
- Equipped with an EPA Universal Certification and (ideally) a MA Refrigeration License.
- Driven, detail-oriented, and safety-focused—OSHA 10 Certification is a plus!
- Tech-savvy, with a knack for HVAC/R controls and smart device integration.
