Your day will be filled with variety, from maintaining ice machines and walk-in coolers to repairing rooftop units and implementing smart controls. What You'll Do:

• Be the hero who installs, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of HVAC/R systems.
• Keep our equipment in peak condition through routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and ensure every job exceeds expectations.
• Leverage your expertise in electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints to make magic happen.

Who You Are:

• A hands-on professional with 3–10 years of HVAC/R experience under your belt.
• Equipped with an EPA Universal Certification and (ideally) a MA Refrigeration License.
• Driven, detail-oriented, and safety-focused—OSHA 10 Certification is a plus!
• Tech-savvy, with a knack for HVAC/R controls and smart device integration.
