Required Skills & Qualifications Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with heavy diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems; strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems. 5+ Years experience
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to lead, develop, and restructure maintenance teams; strong analytical aptitude and proactive problem-solving skills. 5+ Years experience
• Communication & Commitment: Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable; dedicated to quality, safety, and detail with a high level of initiative
• Must have your own tools
