Responsibilities for the VP of Construction:

• Oversee the design, installation & installation of solar power, battery, and roofing systems
• Effectively manage all vendors, trades, and subcontractors
• Ensure all projects align with company objectives and client requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Create and enforce project schedules
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and company policies
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of workmanship

Qualifications for the VP of Construction:

• Minimum of six years of construction management experience
• Strong electrical background
• Proficient in using technology to drive efficiency
• Experience creating and working with Standard Operation Procedures
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors
