Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in a management capacity.
• Proven success in managing P&L statements for high-volume businesses with revenues of $2M+.
• Strong tenure with no more than two employers in the past five years, demonstrating stability and commitment.
• A proactive, independent learner with a desire to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with independent restaurant group leadership, including team development and operational oversight.

Core Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Leadership: Manage daily operations by leading from the front—engaging with both the team and guests to ensure seamless service and quality.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in all areas of operations, including guest satisfaction, service standards, and staff performance.
• Team Development: Coach, mentor, and empower your team to perform at their best while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Relationship Building: Quickly build strong, trust-based relationships with staff, guests, and key stakeholders.
• Passion for Hospitality: Infuse energy, positivity, and enthusiasm into every aspect of the operation, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional dining experience.
