What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
• Extensive knowledge in protein preparation, menu development, and high-volume kitchen operations.
• Experience in upscale, high-volume, and contemporary dining environments.
• Proven stability with no more than 5 job changes in the last three years (unless for career advancement).
• Strong coaching, training, and leadership skills with a hands-on, creative approach to kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen flow.
• Manage and maintain high standards for quality control, cost management, and labor.
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Maintain the highest standards for food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team, executive leadership, and guests to ensure top-tier dining experiences.
• Lead by example and hold your team accountable for exceptional results.
