Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Oversee and execute strategic plans for assigned departments
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction to drive repeat visits
• Lead and manage the team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations 
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and cost control; prepare accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with the Hotel General Manager on F&B operations, including pricing, menu planning, and market trends 
• Support weekly Food & Beverage meetings and contribute to beverage program development
• At least five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury property
• Expertise in attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, confidentiality, and guest service
