Now accepting applications for an experienced wholesale Branch Manager in Falmouth, MA. This role will direct and coordinates activities of the branch including but not limited to sales, warehouse, delivery, and overall P&L responsibility.

Branch Manager Minimum Requirements:

• 4-10 years management experience
• Degree in management, preferred
• Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
• Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC and heating
• Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
• Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement
• Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
• Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
