Job Description:

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about hospitality, operations excellence, and team development? We are seeking a highly motivated District Manager to oversee 7 casual dining restaurant locations. This role offers the opportunity to elevate our guest experiences, drive operational success, and develop a high-performing team. Relocation to Fort Wayne, IN is required and supported.

District Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire General Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence across all 7 locations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to company standards in quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with key leadership to implement innovative marketing and community engagement strategies.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations at all times.

District Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth, operational excellence, and team development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN (relocation assistance provided).
• Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
