Assistant Director of Finance Benefits and Qualifications:

·      Base salary plus Bonus opportunity of 20% to 25%.

·      PTO / 401K with match /Medical, Dental & Vision plan / Relocation reimbursement

·      2+ years of experience in full service hotel accounting.

·      Accounting or Finance degree preferred, but not required.

 

Assistant Director of Finance Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for the daily accounting operations for a large hotel complex (Non Casino) and supporting the Director of Finance.

·      Monitoring and Control of hotel accounting operations, cash flow, AP/AR, budget, forecasting, and reporting.

·      Assist DOF to manage a large accounting team, A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Purchasing

·      Analyze financial data and operations and advise Department Heads in maintaining the hotels’ financial objectives.
