Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Setting clear priorities to lead your team and drive execution to achieve desired results
- Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the kitchen team through people development and coaching best practices
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of the culinary teamĀ
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Manage, train, and teach our culinary staff
- Training of FOH staff on cuisine, culture, and new menu items
