Family Practice Physician Key Responsibilities

·      Deliver primary care services, managing a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions.

·      Perform detailed patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical exams.

·      Create and execute individualized treatment plans informed by current clinical guidelines.

·      Engage in team-based care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

·      Participate in initiatives aimed at improving clinical quality and enhancing patient care standards.

 

Family Practice Physician Qualifications

·      Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited program.

·      Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license.

·      Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

·      Open to physicians at all experience levels, including those recently completing licensure.
