Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Accounting Manager to lead high-impact consulting projects within Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role offers an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The Client Accounting Manager will work in a hybrid setup, balancing three days in the office with two remote, ensuring flexibility while fostering team collaboration. This is a FT direct hire position with our company, supporting our client's accounting needs.

Client Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee projects related to Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
- Drive initiatives in change management and process improvements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Offer expert advice in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
Client Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, specializing in Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement
- CPA would be a plus, but is not required
- Experience working within a publicly traded company is highly preferred
- Proven experience in successfully leading consulting projects and implementing change within large organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
