Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:  

• Manage family law cases from consultation to resolution, covering divorce, custody, alimony, and related matters  
• Conduct thorough legal research to devise case strategies 
• Draft, file, and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs  
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide guidance
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and depositions  
• Negotiate and formalize settlement agreements
• Stay current with Georgia family law updates and case law
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management
• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing
• Possess excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Proficient in legal research and case management software
• Prior family law experience is a plus
