This luxury boutique hotel is looking for its new Chief Engineer who is ready to become a Director of Engineering to oversee and support the daily maintenance of this stunning property. Hotel Director of Engineering Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the GM
• A hospitality background is preferred.
• Implementing best practice engineering methods and plumbing and electrical experience required
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management
• Presenting budgets and plans
• Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency
• Developing a maintenance crew

Hotel Director of Engineering Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in resort or luxury hotel engineering management
• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field or trade school plus experience
• Goal-oriented and action-mindset
• Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and comparable position responsibilities
• Must have a valid driver's license

Hotel Director of Engineering Compensation:

• Base salary of $100K plus target bonus of up to $10%
• Full benefits include health insurance, 401(k), vacation time
