Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
• 3-10 years of hands-on estimating experience in construction, covering both small- and large-scale projects
• Proficient in MS Project, Sage, Bluebeam, and Procore is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in historical cost analysis and complex problem-solving
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
