Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Strong Leadership skills; leading by example in this hands-on role
• Develop, coach, and direct team
• Hands-on and eyes-on at all times in the restaurant-run it as if you own it
• Managing all costs: Labor, Food, Liquor
• Attention to every detail is a must!

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Need to have 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment
• Must have experience in a High Volume bar-centric concept
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct, communicator, maintain retention of employees
• Must be able to work late hours
• Positive, patient, and flexible personality
