Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

·        Culinary Degree or ACF certification preferred.

·        3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef.

·        Proven experience managing multiple venues, and overseeing simultaneous events.

·        Self-driven with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.

·        Ability to foster a cohesive working relationship with all departments.

·        Demonstrated sound financial decision-making and maintaining cost controls.


Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily culinary operations across various outlets to ensure consistent quality and maintain full kitchen responsibility in the Executive Chef's absence.

·        Supervise Chef de Cuisine and Banquet/Outlet Chefs, fostering a supportive and mentorship-driven environment.

·        Ensure compliance with service standards, best practices, and food and labor cost budgets.

·        Lead recruitment, training, promotions, and discipline for staff, inspiring excellence through mentorship.

·        Create and implement new menu concepts, ensuring thorough staff training and consistency in food quality.

·        Maintain an active presence during high-volume service periods, assisting as needed to achieve production goals.

·        Enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards, training staff in proper hygiene and safety practices.
