Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Exceed the expectations of every guest every time - it's what we do!
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
• Work with the team from the host desk to the tables to the kitchen.
• Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every single detail
• Train, coach, and direct team - set the bar high and never underdeliver

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Must have at least two years experience in a general management role of an independent restaurant establishment/group - NO JOB HOPPERS
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly and outgoing, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator with tons of passion for the guest experience and the team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
• Passionate about your team and the overall guest experience
• ServSafe Certified
