What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee all aspects of the private event sales department, from strategy to execution, ensuring we deliver top-tier events every time
- Drive Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships and partnerships that align with our brand values
- Client-Centric Leadership: Be the go-to expert for high-profile clients, managing complex events with finesse and dedication
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations and marketing to ensure flawless event execution, from conceptualization to final execution, while also driving targeted marketing initiatives to attract new clients
- Exceed Expectations: Continuously push the envelope to create unique, personalized event experiences that leave a lasting impact
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in event sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Network: Existing book of business - Rolodex of contacts
- Relationship Builder: A robust network of industry contacts and a strong ability to foster lasting client relationships. Not afraid to cold call and lead by example.
- Strategic Thinker: A creative mindset paired with a sharp strategic focus, ensuring every event is a success
- Passionate about Events: A love for the hospitality and events industry, with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service and experiences
