What You’ll Do

As the Dining Room Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Deliver top-tier service while maintaining the sophistication and excellence of an upscale dining experience.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and professional development of staff.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional service flow.
• Manage daily operations, including guest relations, to deliver memorable experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

• Proven experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
