Early Education Director Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a similar environment
• Master's Degree Required
  • Focus in Early Childhood Education
• 2+ years of classroom experience with children under 6 years-old
• New York State Teaching Certification
  • Birth-2nd Grade or Grades 1-6
