FIELD TERRITORY LEADER BENEFITS

FIELD TERRITORY LEADER REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years agency development/territory management experience
• 5+ years commercial lines experience
• Ability to travel throughout the five-state territory

FIELD TERRITORY LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage agency/broker relationships
• Review, analyze, quote/decline policies
• Act as company liaison regarding business opportunities and resolutions
• Develop new business & retain existing business within a defined territory
