Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing Plant
The Maintenance Manager is accountable for overseeing both routine and specialized inspections, repairs, and the continuity of preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will also manage resource allocation, budget control, improvement projects, and provide strong leadership to the maintenance team to support effective and efficient plant operations. This is an on-site position.
Maintenance Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary $120k-$130k

Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a non-negotiable requirement
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial plant setting
- Proven background in supervising teams within a mechanical maintenance department
- Strongly prefer experience in cement plant maintenance or similar operations
- Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies and methods
- Hands-on experience with large rotating, heavy machinery and industrial equipment
- Skilled in project management, strategic thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem solving
- Proficient in SAP and AutoCAD software, and MS Office Suite
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee both regular and specialized inspections and repairs for mechanical equipment across all key plant systems and mobile assets
- Sustain and enhance the mechanical and electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Allocate resources for mechanical and electrical maintenance while planning and managing the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations
- Lead the deployment of maintenance systems and manage improvement projects, overseeing modifications for both mechanical and electrical systems
- Guide and support the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, including developing long-term maintenance plans, reviewing technical specifications, managing project timelines, and driving continuous improvement in team skills and motivation
- Administer company policies and ensure adherence to compliance standards by implementing organizational measures, providing training, and monitoring ongoing compliance while also managing on-call maintenance support to promptly address issues outside of standard hours
