STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

• High level of proficiency and skill set w/ protein preparation
• 5-years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef
• High volume, contemporary upscale dining
• No more than 5-jobs in three years unless movement was for the advancement
• Must be a leader and coach
• Hands-on, creative, and skilled

STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and is responsible for all back of house operations
• Responsible for managing costs, labor, quality standards
• Coaches, trains, and developed their kitchen team
• Upholds highest standards of production, presentation, and cleanliness
• Communicates effectively with the team, executive leadership, and guests
• Sets high standards and provides accountability when necessary
