STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of proficiency and skill set w/ protein preparation
- 5-years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef
- High volume, contemporary upscale dining
- Must be a leader and coach
- Hands-on, creative, and skilled
STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and is responsible for all back of house operations
- Responsible for managing costs, labor, quality standards
- Coaches, trains, and developed their kitchen team
- Upholds highest standards of production, presentation, and cleanliness
- Communicates effectively with the team, executive leadership, and guests
- Sets high standards and provides accountability when necessary
