Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :

• 3+ years experience as a GM in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse
• Wine and Bar knowledge
• Experience managing high volume sales- $10M ++
• Culture driven, confident, strong leadership ability
• Experience working with a P&L, managing cost controls
• Drive to set the tone, be an example, and be in control and involved in operations
