Human Resources Business Partner Requirements and Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruiting, interviewing, and assist in the hiring process to bring top talent onboard
• Maintain organized employee files for both active and non-active employees
• Verify completion of background checks, motor vehicle records, and E-verify processes
• Develop organizational charts, headcount reports, and conduct compensation surveys
• Hold SHRM certification such as PHR, SPHR, or other HR certifications
• Proficiency with UKG software and Google Suite applications is required
• Possess an AA or BS degree in Human Resources or at least 3 years of HR experience
