Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Facilitate recruiting, interviewing, and assisting in the hiring process.
• Keep employee files in order for active and non-active employees.
• Verify all background checks, MVR checks and E-verify process have been completed.
• Develop organizational charts, headcount reports, and compensation surveys.

Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications:

• SHRM certification - PHR, SPHR, or other certification in HR
• UKG experience and Google Suite experience required.
• AA or BS Degree in Human Resources or 3 years of Human Resources experience.
