Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of plaintiff-side experience, emphasizing wage and hour class actions.
• Strong litigation skills in state and federal courts.
• Proven ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motions, and trials.
• Excellent client communication and case management skills.
• Capacity to mentor junior attorneys.
