Produce Department Manager Requirements

• 3-4+ years of management experience in a produce department
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills - the ability to motivate and retain strong team members
• Passionate about motivating teams, developing staff, and committed to a people-first culture
• Computer literacy, willingness to learn new systems and experience managing a P&L
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Understand food cost, shrinkage, labor cost, purchasing, and inventories, and can set action plans for improvement
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to uphold and follow company standards and procedures
