Job Summary
Position Summary:
As the Catering Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our catering sales. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and ensuring smooth coordination for all catering events. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive catering sales by developing leads, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Manage all aspects from initial inquiry through post-follow-up.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the brand at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in catering sales in hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
