Front End Service Manager Qualifications:

• Experience managing a large team and holding them accountable
• Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a salaried management role with a high-volume food-related or non-food-related retail company focused on guest experience and hospitality
• Experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers, and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions, and suggestions.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Strong operational skills in a customer service environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Front End Service Manager Compensation:
