Senior Construction Project Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• 10+ years in construction project management for general contractors on $25M+ commercial projects
• Recent experience (last 5 years) on higher education builds (laboratories, auditorium, dorms, buildings)
• Minimum 3 years of U.S.-based construction experience with a required project list for application
• Oversee and manage all phases of large-scale commercial projects
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets
• Collaborate closely with project teams, using tools like Procore, Revit, and Primavera P6
