Senior Principal Engineer Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• Direct HVAC design experience required, along with a Mechanical Engineering degree
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification, with a commitment to exceeding standard requirements
• Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
• Strong project management and client relationship-building abilities
• Effective team communication and support for team member development
• Proven ability to lead teams toward ambitious goals in a goal-driven setting
