Clinical Director of Nursing Compensation and Benefits:

• $120K–$140K base, plus bonus potential
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
• PTO, 7 holidays
• Monday–Friday schedule

Clinical Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• RN with a Bachelor's in Nursing and an active NY Nursing License
• 3 plus years of supervisory experience
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience

Clinical Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities:

• Key resource to the Administrator, surgeons, clinical team, other personnel and vendors
• Ensure excellent patient experience and quality clinical outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
