Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to meet high standards of performance and service
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment while holding the team accountable
  • Stay hands-on in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a strong focus on service and attention to detail
  • Manage high-volume operations efficiently without compromising quality
  • 3- years of experience in full-service restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, casual to upscale-casual setting (no job hoppers)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and lead by example
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on maintaining high standards
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering is essential
  • Bonus points for experience with high-volume carryout
