Restaurant Dining Room Manager's Responsibilities:  

• Strong leadership, communication, and sense of urgency
• Maintaining high levels of hospitality, service, and being a consistent leader
• Support the restaurant team to execute day-to-day operations with enthusiasm
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing others
• Be a role model and follow all systems and policies
• Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations 

Restaurant Dining Room Manager's Requirements:

• 3+ years high volume upscale Full-Service Restaurant Leadership experience
• Excellent work ethic and driven to exceed guests expectations
• Passionate about food and beverage
• Open to working days, nights, and weekends
