We are looking for an energetic chef who can lead and manage our BOH team in a high-volume setting!
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of Sous Chef level experience in a high-volume, upscale, scratch kitchen restaurant
- Steady tenure
- Experience with private dining and banquets is important
- Brunch experience a plus, but not necessary
- Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take direction
