• Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
• Solid tenure -- no job hoppers
• Hands-on leadership style and someone who isn't afraid of putting in the hours needed.
• Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• A desire to join an organization centered around freshness and excellence

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

• A superb base salary of $63 to $68K
• No very early morning or late-night hours
