We are currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Machine Operator for a well-established growing company. The ideal candidate for the Asphalt Paving Machine Operator role will be responsible for operating paving machines for both parking lots and roads. This role requires a thorough understanding of the asphalt paving process, including equipment operation, material yield management, and coordination with logistics.

Asphalt Paving Machine Operator Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $65K - $80K based on experience

• Benefits and Relocation package

Asphalt Paving Machine Operator Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate asphalt paving machines efficiently in parking lots and on roads.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy with yield, ensuring efficient use of materials.

• Coordinate with the trucking division to manage the delivery schedule of asphalt and materials.

• Lead a crew of 10-12 members, setting a strong example of punctuality and professionalism.

• Maintain open communication with team members, foremen, and management.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience operating paving machines.
