Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team! If you’re a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll play an essential role in supporting our large team, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Human Resources Administrator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience supporting a team of 150+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices specific to California for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, time management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Human Resources Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR initiatives on-site, ensuring seamless department operations.
- Manage onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, providing necessary support throughout.
- Maintain and organize digital records, oversee document management, and generate reports.
- Support training initiatives, manage write-ups, and facilitate talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll, and general HR policies.
