Our leading, award-winning, luxury, boutique property in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, seeks a smart, agile, creative Marketing Manager to join a team of highly qualified individuals. Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business and showcase the brand, leveraging traditional and advanced digital strategies
  • Distribute content through a multichannel approach, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints
  • Manage all digital customer touchpoints including website, email, social marketing, and paid search (e.g., SEO/SEM) with tools like Meta Ads Manager
  • Public Relations Management: Coordinate media visits, pitches, and develop influencer and partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and eco-conscious trends; identify areas for improvement
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Create and oversee the company’s marketing budget, including budget forecasting and managing marketing automation tools
  • Other duties as assigned

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager; hospitality marketing experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, with a focus on CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and content management (e.g., WordPress)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced web analytics (Google Analytics 4), and emerging AI strategies
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, social media advertising platforms, and tools for data-driven personalization
  • Sustainability knowledge and experience with eco-conscious marketing are a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree; focus on marketing and communications preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
