Commercial Real Estate Agent Compensation/Benefits:

• 1099/Individual Contractor

Commercial Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• 3+ years of success in business growth and customer relationships
• Must have or obtain a real estate license for your state

• Organized and able to multitask under deadlines
• Strong communication, computer, and people skills
• Flexible, creative, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based pay
• Financially prepared to support yourself during training and ramp-up
