A well-respected restaurant group needs a strong Sous Chef. Seafood experience in a fine dining setting is a must.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Partner with the Executive Chef on everything from menu development to staffing
- 3 years of leadership in preferably Chef-driven concepts or high-end quality kitchens
- Must have upscale seafood experience
- Established longevity & career progression
- Professional image & demeanor
