Seeking a proactive and talented Sous Chef to help lead our team!
Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Lead and mentor culinary teams
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to track all food cost, labor cost, and inventory
- Work closely with local vendors ensuring best product and accurate pricing
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume fine-dining restaurant
- Expert with steak, seafood, and seasonal ingredients
