Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing our menus
• Responsible for farm-to-table operations using local sources
• Responsible for being a great leader with our team
• Responsible for P and L
• Responsible for special events including wine dinners

Executive Chef Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a Fine Dining farm-to-table restaurant.
• New restaurant opening experience
• Must be able to multi-task and oversee many functions of the restaurant
• Solid leadership skills and team building skills
• Ownership mentality
• Strong financial acumen
