Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing our menus
- Responsible for farm-to-table operations using local sources
- Responsible for being a great leader with our team
- Responsible for P and L
- Responsible for special events including wine dinners
Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Fine Dining farm-to-table restaurant.
- New restaurant opening experience
- Must be able to multi-task and oversee many functions of the restaurant
- Solid leadership skills and team building skills
- Ownership mentality
- Strong financial acumen
