Position Details

• Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago,IL , with two days per week in the office.
• Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
• Role Focus: This is not a marketing position.

Role Overview

As a Market Business Leader, you will split your responsibilities equally between business development and operational management. In this role:

• 50% Business Development: Focus on growing business across all practices in the regional area, with a particular emphasis on workplace and asset strategy.
• 50% Operations Management: Oversee and support the operations team, including architects and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within an architectural design firm.
